Hi, I'm Lydia!
Welcome to The Mindful Mama. My name is Lydia! I am a birth and postpartum doula, health and wellness coach, and massage therapist. Aside from my professional titles, I'm also a big sister, eldest daughter, and loving partner! I began this journey as an LMT with a deep passion for healing those around me. Doing this work, a thought struck me. What about the caretakers, mothers specifically, who dedicate their lives to caring for others all day long? Who is taking care of them? Do they know how to care for themselves during life's transitions? The realization prompted me to focus my work on mothering the mothers and caring for the caregivers. I've found that when a mother thrives, so can her children. My mission became clear; to provide support, encouragement, and resources to those who selflessly give so much to others, ensuring they also receive the love and care they deserve.
My Mission
At The Mindful Mama, my mission is to empower mothers to embrace their unique journey by providing guidance and nurturing presence. I am dedicated to creating a safe and loving space where they can cultivate self-care and practice mindfulness in their lives. Together, we'll aim to foster balance, joy, fulfillment in the motherhood experience. My passion is helping each mother become the best version of themselves. Join me as we embark on this transformative journey together.
