Balance Before The Birth
Prenatal Program

The prenatal program is tailored for expectant mothers to discover how to care for their evolving bodies, nurture themselves and a developing baby, and prepare mentally and physically for the birth.

Topics include but aren't limited to:

-Education about each trimester 

-Nutrition during pregnancy 

-Movement during pregnancy

-Ways to prepare the body for birth

-Finding balance during the pregnancy transition

($60/Session)

session number varies based on how far along a mother is 

Balance Beyond The Birth
Postpartum Program

The postpartum program is designed to assist new mothers in finding balance during this new stage of life. Together, we will concentrate on nurturing your healing mind and body while helping you feel grounded with a new baby at home. 

​

Topics include but aren't limited to:

-Postpartum Nutrition

-Healing practices for the postpartum body

-Signs & Symptoms of postpartum mood disorders as well as help & resources 

-Finding balance in life as a new mama or new mama of multiple children!​​

($300/ 3-month program)

This program typically includes 6 sessions total & can be renewed for an additional 3 months
